Every plan includes unlimited users and has no hard document cap. With Starter, Groei and Pro, you can choose monthly billing with a monthly allowance or annual billing with a better-value, flexible annual allowance. Flex remains available without a fixed subscription fee.

Why Billnado is simplifying its pricing

No two businesses invoice in exactly the same way. A new business may process only a few documents each month. A seasonal company may alternate between quiet periods and sudden peaks. A growing team wants to work together without paying more for each new colleague.

The new pricing model reflects those differences. You choose how you want to pay, which document volume suits you and how much flexibility you need. You pay solely for your chosen plan and document usage, with clear rates shown in advance.

Work together without per-user pricing

Every Billnado plan includes unlimited users. You can invite team members without an extra user fee and give your accountant access free of charge. Your team can grow without forcing you to move to a more expensive plan.

One subscription remains linked to one legal entity. Within that business, everyone you need can collaborate, from the colleague creating invoices to the accountant reviewing the administration.

Your administration does not stop when your allowance runs out

A busy invoicing period is not always predictable. Billnado therefore does not block invoices when you have used the documents included in your plan.

You can continue sending, receiving and processing documents. Each additional document is charged at the known rate for your plan: €0.75 with Flex, €0.65 with Starter, €0.55 with Groei and €0.45 with Pro.

Billnado will not suddenly stop at an important moment. Your administration keeps working, and the cost of additional usage remains predictable.

Monthly or annual: the choice is yours

Starter, Groei and Pro are available with monthly or annual billing. Both options include unlimited users, all Billnado functionality and the same rate for additional documents. The difference lies in the subscription price, commitment and how you can use the included documents.

Monthly billing

A monthly subscription keeps the initial commitment low. You do not commit to a full year, pay month by month and can cancel monthly.

You receive a new document allowance every month: 15 documents with Starter, 40 with Groei or 80 with Pro. Unused monthly documents do not carry over to the following month. This option suits businesses that prefer a predictable monthly allowance or want to start flexibly.

Annual billing offers more than a discount

An annual subscription costs approximately 10% less than twelve separate monthly payments. You also receive one flexible document allowance for the entire year, without separate monthly limits.

Take Starter as an example. The annual subscription gives you 200 documents for the full year. You may process 5 documents in a quiet month and 35 in a busy month. Only the total annual volume matters.

That makes annual billing particularly useful for seasonal businesses, companies with busy quarters and customers whose invoice volume differs from month to month. You can use your annual allowance when your business genuinely needs it.

Flex lets you start without a fixed subscription fee and pay only for what you use. Starter suits small administrations. Groei is recommended for active businesses. Pro is designed for intensive administration and larger volumes.

With Starter, Groei and Pro, the rate for additional documents decreases as you choose a higher-volume plan. The pricing model can therefore grow with your administration.

What counts as one document?

The following documents count:

• a received Peppol invoice or credit note;
• a confirmed sales invoice or credit note;
• a PDF processed by Billnado through OCR.

Quotations, purchase orders, draft invoices, customers, suppliers, products, projects and users do not count.

New customers receive 30 free documents, valid for up to 90 days. No credit card is required to get started.

Instead of having to test everything within a short, exclusively time-based trial, a small business can try Billnado during real invoicing moments. This provides enough time to send invoices, receive documents and experience how the administration works in practice.

After using the free documents, you can choose Flex without a fixed subscription fee or Starter, Groei or Pro with monthly or annual billing.

What does this mean for existing customers?

Existing customers will be informed separately about the transition to the new pricing structure. Existing subscriptions will not be changed unexpectedly. The precise transition will be communicated clearly before it takes effect.
