What data do we process?

After your consent, we use Umami Analytics for visited pages, referrer, browser, device type, country, technical performance, campaign data and conversion actions.

Why do we process data?

We use contact data to answer requests, follow up demo or sales conversations and manage our services.

We use analytics and aggregated click and scroll patterns to understand conversions and improve the website.

Analytics and heatmaps

Billnado loads Umami Analytics only in production and after you consent. Analytics is not loaded in development, staging or preview.

With your separate consent, heatmaps collect aggregated click and scroll patterns. We do not enable session replay or screen recordings and do not send directly identifying data to Umami.

Retention and sharing

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by technical providers needed for hosting, communication or analytics.
