Reading and using the overview
Wait until loading has finished before concluding that an item is missing. Use search, sorting and any available filters to narrow the result, and clear them again when the expected row is not shown. A total or counter applies to the current result set, not necessarily to all data.
Open the matching row only after checking its name, date, status and active work context. Actions may be hidden or disabled because of permissions, the current status, or because the selected context is already active. An empty overview can therefore mean that there are no records, that filters exclude them, or that your user has no access. Refresh once after a completed change; avoid repeating an action while the page is still processing it.
This page lists administrations linked to the active accountant profile. Columns show Name, VAT number, active accounting Software and Documents to export. Search and sort; Total shows matching files. An empty list means none are linked.
Choose Open file. Billnado creates access and opens the client administration in a new tab while the portal remains open. Always verify the active client name: every action in that tab affects that administration.
Access and context
The list depends on the active accountant profile and available file links. Deactivated, hidden or unlinked files do not appear. Documents to export is a current workload indicator, not historical total; Software identifies the workflow.
Open safely
Open file first requests accountant access and shows loading; do not click repeatedly. A separate tab preserves the list.
Warning: verify the active administration before changes and distinguish multiple client tabs carefully.
On failure, the portal remains open. Refresh and check the link. Missing files are not linked or accessible. Open file creates access/context but does not itself change business data.
