View reseller customers

This page shows client administrations linked to the active reseller account. You need access to that sales account. It provides an overview of customers and their current subscription.

Data and search

Column	Meaning
Name	The name of the client administration.
VAT Number	Identifies the business and distinguishes customers with similar names.
Subscription	The plan of the currently valid, accepted licence. No active subscription means no current licence was found; a future licence already purchased is not included here.

Search matches the name and VAT number. You can sort by those two columns. Quantity shows how many customers match the search. The subscription name is read-only: this column does not change or renew a licence and shows no usage or expiry date.

If no customers match the search, an empty list appears. Check the search text and active sales account. Customers linked to another reseller account do not appear here.

Actions

The list has no row actions to change customer data, open an administration or delete a customer. To view customers for another sales account, switch accounts first. Searching, sorting and viewing subscriptions do not change customer data or grant access to the client administration.
