How do I connect Billnado to ChatGPT?

You can use Billnado from the visual ChatGPT chatbot. This guide applies to ChatGPT on the web and in the desktop app, not to AI coding tools such as Codex CLI or IDE extensions.

Connect ChatGPT

In ChatGPT, open Settings and go to Plugins or Connectors. Install the Billnado integration when it is available in your workspace and complete the OAuth sign-in with your Billnado account. Availability may depend on your plan and can be restricted by your workspace administrator.

When ChatGPT asks for an MCP server URL, use https://mcp.billnado.be/mcp. Never share a password, access token or refresh token in a conversation or configuration field.

Select a specific administration

Billnado uses your default administration by default. Ask “Which administrations can I access?” when you need another administration. ChatGPT can then use subscribers_list and, after your explicit confirmation, subscriber_connect.

A tool cannot change ChatGPT's connection configuration itself. If ChatGPT cannot send the returned SubscriberId, continue with the default administration.

After an update

ChatGPT may store a snapshot of the available MCP tools and their input fields when it connects. When the Billnado MCP server changes, update the connector and this documentation as well. Then refresh or reconnect the connector and start a new conversation if necessary so ChatGPT loads the current tools.
