Choose an administration

This page shows the administrations in which your current account is allowed to work. It only includes activated administrations for which your personal access is not hidden. Access to one administration is enough to use the page; switching is only needed when you can access more than one.

Compare administrations

Column	Meaning
Name	The recognisable name of the administration.
VAT Number	The VAT number registered for the administration. Use it to distinguish administrations with similar names.
Type	The business structure: Company, Sole Proprietorship or Small business exempt from sales tax.
Active since	The date on which the administration was added to Billnado.

The search bar searches Name and VAT Number. You can sort by Name, VAT Number and Active since. Quantity shows how many administrations match the current search.

Switch

Choose Switch for the administration in which you want to continue working. The action is disabled for the administration that is already active, so the list also shows which context you are currently using.

After your choice, Billnado briefly opens Switch subscriber and reloads the user and administration information. A successful switch takes you to the selected administration’s dashboard. From then on, lists, documents, settings and new entries relate to that administration.

Important: always check the active administration name after switching before viewing or entering information. Switching does not move or copy data between administrations.

Billnado remembers the last selected administration for a later visit with the same account. If your access is no longer valid, Billnado stops using that selection.

No results

When no administration matches the search, No subscribers found appears. Clear the search text to see every accessible administration again. A deactivated administration or one for which your access is hidden does not appear in this list.
