View deliveries
Find product deliveries, check their status and download delivery documents.

The list brings together product deliveries to customers. It provides the delivery documents and lets you track which deliveries have already been recorded as delivered. You need access to the administration and an active Billnado licence.
Data and search
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Nummer (Number) | Identifies the delivery document. |
| Klant (Customer) | The customer or contact for whom the delivery is intended. |
| Datum (Date) | The date of the delivery. |
| Status | Indicates whether the delivery is registered or marked as delivered. |
Find the delivery you need and sort by number, customer or date. Totaal (Total) shows how many deliveries match your selection.
Status and filters
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Geregistreerd (Registered) | The delivery is recorded and can be managed further. |
| Geleverd (Delivered) | The delivery has the completed delivery status. Its content is read-only. |
Geleverd (Delivered) also includes delivered deliveries in the list. If the list is empty, check the search text and this filter.
Actions
| Action | Effect |

| Bekijken (View) | Opens the page with the customer, article lines, documents and invoicing action. |
| Pdf downloaden (Download PDF) | Downloads the delivery document. |
| Add delivery | Starts creating a delivery in three steps. |
A delivery is not a sales invoice. On the detail page, Convert to sales invoice creates the corresponding draft invoice.
