Connect Billnado to Yuki via Mailbox
Find your Yuki administration email address, configure delivery from Billnado and check the Yuki Mailbox.
Updated on October 22, 2026
Mailbox sends invoices and credit notes from Billnado to the email address of your Yuki administration. You need access to the Billnado administration and the correct receiving address in Yuki. Ask your accountant to confirm that the administration processes PDF and UBL/XML at that address.
Step 1: find the Yuki administration email address
Open your Yuki domain. Click the three horizontal lines at the top left and open your domain overview (Mijn domein in the Dutch interface). Find the administration belonging to your business and copy its email address. Belgian Yuki administration addresses usually end in @yukiworks.be.
A domain can contain several administrations. Always use the address for the correct administration. Your accountant can also find this for you.
Do not use an address with the mijn. prefix for accounting processing. According to Yuki’s explanation of emailing documents, that address places documents in the folder for you to organise yourself (Zelf te ordenen in Dutch).
Step 2: enter the Yuki destination in Billnado
In the correct Billnado administration, open Settings > Integrations > Accounting. Select Mailbox under Accounting software.
| Billnado fields, for both PDF and UBL | Destination and meaning |
|---|---|
| Email for sales invoices | Use the address of the Yuki administration processing your sales invoices. |
| Email for sales credit notes | Use the same administration address for credit notes relating to your sales. |
| Email for purchase invoices | Use the same administration address for supplier invoices. |
| Email for purchase credit notes | Use the same administration address for supplier credit notes. |
Enter the agreed address in all eight fields. Yuki processes the document type further; the address fields in Billnado do not themselves create separate Yuki inboxes.
Billnado selects one file per document, giving priority to a suitable UBL and otherwise sending the available PDF. Yuki supports PDF and XML/UBL for digital submissions. Keep one invoice per PDF file; do not combine different invoices in one PDF.
Set Deferral period for automatic export. Keep Maximum attachment size within the limit your accountant confirms for the administration; Billnado defaults to 2 MB. Discuss whether Only send UBLs that are PEPPOL-compliant is appropriate for your sales documents.
Step 3: check and save the connection
Check the business and administration address. Choose Save. This saves the export method and destinations; future automatic delivery follows the deferral period.
Note: Yuki can process submitted documents automatically. Before the first export, check which documents are already present and what automatic processing your accountant has configured.
Step 4: check receipt through the Yuki Mailbox
Choose a document that is not yet in Yuki. Open it using the eye icon in Billnado, check its number and amount and choose Export. This sends the document to Yuki.
Open the Yuki Mailbox (Postbus in Dutch) and check the submission history for the correct administration. Ask your accountant to confirm that the purchase, sale or credit note is correctly recognised. A received document may still be pending; submission and final posting are separate steps.
Daily use and troubleshooting
Your accountant processes the documents further in Yuki. Corrections, postings and payment statuses are not sent back to Billnado through Mailbox.
If a document is missing, first search the submission history. Then check the administration address and whether you used the address for documents to organise yourself. If a document is incorrectly classified, ask your accountant to check its processing in Yuki without immediately submitting the same document again.
To disable future automatic exports, select None under Accounting software and save. Documents already received in Yuki remain there.
