Reading and using the overview

Wait until loading has finished before concluding that an item is missing. Use search, sorting and any available filters to narrow the result, and clear them again when the expected row is not shown. A total or counter applies to the current result set, not necessarily to all data.

Open the matching row only after checking its name, date, status and active work context. Actions may be hidden or disabled because of permissions, the current status, or because the selected context is already active. An empty overview can therefore mean that there are no records, that filters exclude them, or that your user has no access. Refresh once after a completed change; avoid repeating an action while the page is still processing it.

This page lists all requests to export sales and purchase invoices and credit notes as ZIP files. An active licence is required.

Overview

Column	Meaning
From and To	The document period.
Created	When the request was submitted.
Expiry date	Until when the file remains available. Processing means no expiry has been assigned yet.
Status	Requested, Processing, Ready, Error or Expired.

Use Details to track or download a request. Total shows the number of requests. An empty list means no export has been requested. Choose Request export to configure a new one.

Interpreting status

Several requests may cover the same period. Each row is a separate package; a new request does not replace an older one. Use creation time and status to choose the correct version.

Ready has a file within its retention period. Expired retains only request information. Error produced no usable package. While Requested or Processing, avoid submitting a duplicate unless processing has clearly failed.

Sorting and states

Sort by period, creation or expiry to group an accounting period or place the newest request first. The page has no content filters because each request carries its own period.

If loading fails, refresh the page and verify access to the active administration.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there no download button in the list?

Downloads are on Details, where status and expiry can be checked first.

Can an expired export be restored?

No. Its history remains, but a new request is required.
