View and manage bank accounts

This page shows the bank accounts for the active administration. You need access to that administration and an active Billnado licence.

Find and compare bank accounts

Column	Meaning
Name	The recognisable name by which the account is used in Billnado.
IBAN	The account number that links payments and any PSD2 connection to this account.
Balance	The most recently imported balance. It can be empty if no PSD2 synchronisation has taken place.
PSD2	Indicates whether Billnado can currently synchronise the account through PSD2.
Last synchronized	When the connected account was last updated.

The search bar searches Name and IBAN. You can sort by Name, IBAN, Balance, and Last synchronized. Total shows how many accounts match the current search.

Use View to open the account details, PSD2 connection, and transactions. Use New bank account to add another account to the active administration.

Delete a bank account

Use Delete in the account row. Billnado requires an additional confirmation before Delete becomes available.

Important: deletion is permanent. Billnado first ends any PSD2 connection and then deletes the bank account and its imported transactions. The account can no longer be used as a default bank account either.

When there are no accounts or none match the search, the table displays an empty state.
