Completing the page reliably

Check the active company or account before entering data. Complete required fields first, then review dates, amounts, references and selections that influence later processing. Inline validation explains which value is missing or invalid; correct that field before trying again. A disabled submit button usually means that required information is incomplete, invalid or still loading.

Submit only once and wait for the confirmation or the destination page. Repeated clicks can create duplicate work when the first request is still being processed. If saving fails, keep the entered values, read the message and correct only the indicated issue. After success, verify the resulting status or record before continuing with a dependent step.

Create one ZIP export for documents in a selected period. An active licence is required.

Configure the request

• From and To select documents by date. The start must precede the end.
• Preference selects PDF and UBL, PDF only or UBL only.
• Include pro forma adds available pro-forma documents.

Choose Request export to start background processing. Billnado opens the detail page with progress. This request does not send documents to customers or accounting software; it only creates a download package for the current administration.

Which documents are included?

Selection uses document dates in the active administration and can include sales and purchase invoices and credit notes. Documents outside the period are excluded even if later modified.

The format applies to the whole request. PDF and UBL suits recipients needing readable and structured versions. Use UBL only when the receiving application supports it. Including pro forma does not change final documents.

After submission

The request is stored immediately as Requested and processing continues without keeping the page open. Return through the overview later.

A submitted request cannot be changed or cancelled here. If period or preference was wrong, create another; the original remains in history.
