Sending a sales credit note through Peppol
Check UBL validation and reachability and send through the appropriate Peppol network.

This page checks the Peppol UBL files, customer reachability and validation before sending a final sales credit note externally. You need access to the active administration, an active Billnado licence and Peppol sending.
Sending requirements
While loading, Billnado checks the national and European UBL files, Peppol activation for the administration and the customer's registered identifiers.
If Peppol is inactive, Peppol is not yet active for your account appears; use Go to Peppol integration to review configuration. If no Peppol UBL exists, first check the credit note and allow document generation to finish.
European and national networks
Each available UBL card shows its filename, creation time, customer reachability and validation.

| Customer reachable | The customer is registered for that identifier on the network. |
| Customer not found | Check the VAT number and the customer's Peppol registration. |
| UBL is being checked | Wait for validation to finish. |
| Valid UBL | The send button appears when Peppol is active and the customer is reachable. |
| Invalid UBL | Correct the displayed credit note or customer data and regenerate the document. |
The national network also requires a national VAT number. The European network uses the European Peppol identifier. Use the network on which the customer is correctly registered; do not unnecessarily send the same credit note through both.
Downloading or sending
Download European and Download National retrieve a UBL without sending externally. Send European or Send National transfers the valid UBL to that network. At sending time, Billnado checks validity, registration and whether the UBL endpoint matches the current customer registration.
Warning: sending can deliver an official accounting document to the customer. Check the number, customer, amounts, VAT and network first.
After accepted sending, the confirmation page opens. Send by email switches to email without sending through Peppol. Cancel returns to the credit note details.
