View and update user details
Review account and system information and manage a user's phone number and system communications.

This page combines the account details, contact settings and system information for one user in the current dossier. You can only open a non-hidden user from this dossier. An active Billnado licence is required.
General
Name and Email address identify the linked account. They are read-only on this page, so you cannot change how the user signs in or the name by which the account is known here.
Contact
| Field | Meaning |

| Phone number | The contact number for this user within the dossier. You can update or clear it. |
| Use for system communications | Determines whether this user receives dossier-level system emails, such as notifications about incoming Peppol documents and an expiring licence. |
Enable Use for system communications only for users who need to follow up these operational messages. This setting is separate from ordinary emails sent from documents.
System
Created on shows when the user was added to Billnado. Last modified on shows when the user settings were last saved. Both values are read-only.
Save changes
As soon as you change an editable field, Reset and Save user appear.
- Reset restores the last saved values and removes your unsaved changes.
- Save user stores the phone number and the system communications choice.
If you try to leave the page with unsaved changes, Billnado first asks whether you want to discard them.
