Invite a user

Use this page to give someone the opportunity to access the current dossier through a personal email. You need access to the dossier and an active Billnado licence yourself.

Important: an additional user may incur costs under your subscription and, after acceptance, gains access to this dossier's data. Check beforehand that the invitation fits your licence and payment arrangements.

Recipient

Enter the address of the person you want to invite under Email address. The invitation is sent only to that address. Check it carefully: the personal link is intended for the owner of that email address and receives an expiry date seven days after sending.

Confirm the consequences

Before you can send the invitation, confirm both statements:

• I accept the legal terms for this dossier invitation. confirms that you understand that the invitation grants access to dossier data after acceptance.
• I understand that extra users may add costs according to the subscription. confirms that you have considered the licence and possible user costs.

Send the invitation

Choose Invite to create the invitation and send the email immediately. You then return to the invitation overview, where the invitation can be followed with the Open status.

The invited person receives a personal link and can use it to:

1. open the dossier invitation;
2. link an existing account or create a new account;
3. link the account to this dossier and gain access.

Choose Cancel to return to the overview without creating an invitation.

If the email does not arrive

First check the email address used and the junk mail folder. You can resend an open invitation from the overview; Billnado then creates a new link with an expiry date seven days later.
