The details page combines customer data, document settings, lines, files, email communication, and system information. Its heading shows the number and current status.
Customer, document, and references
The customer name, VAT number, and address form a snapshot on this document. If the customer record changes later, Billnado identifies outdated values; Update customer snapshot copies current information into this document.
Customer Reference stores the external reference, and Project links the complete document to a customer project. Date is the document date. Comment is customer-facing formatted text. Enable customer portal controls guest access. VAT rate is the line default, Trade name determines sender details, and Internal note is for internal follow-up. When enabled, Customer portal URL can be opened or copied.
Lines and totals
Totals excluding VAT, VAT, and including VAT update from the lines. Expand a line to edit item, quantity, unit price, VAT, discount, unit, project, comment, and PDF visibility. Reorder lines with Move up and Move down. At least one line must remain.
Documents, communication, and system information
Documents contains the generated PDF and attachments. Download files, upload attachments, and delete only uploaded attachments. Communication shows recipients, date, and the email status; View opens the stored email. System information contains read-only creation and last-update times.

After an edit, only Reset and Save remain. Reset restores stored values; Save stores the complete record and starts PDF regeneration. Complete this before using other actions.
