My licence

My licence shows the active administration’s current and already purchased licences, document usage and renewal settings. You need access to the administration; an active licence is not required to view this page. Plan selection and management actions appear when your provider offers self-service. Contact your reseller for changes and prices when they manage your subscription.

Plans and billing period

The cards compare the available Starter, Grow and Pro plans. Flex appears only when it is your current plan. The cards are also available when automatic renewal is disabled.

Field or setting	Meaning
Month and Year	Show the fixed price and document allowance for one or twelve months. Changing this immediately saves your preferred period for the next renewal. It does not change your current paid licence’s period or end date. When switching from Flex, it sets the new paid licence’s period.
Plan and price	The offered plan and fixed cost for the selected period, excluding VAT. Flex has no fixed subscription cost; every document is chargeable.
Document allowance	The documents included for the selected month or full year. Compare the annual allowance separately with the monthly allowance.
Per additional document	The rate for documents exceeding the allowance.
Current subscription	Marks your active plan, even when viewing a different preferred period. It is not a saved preference for another plan.
Upgrade subscription and Downgrade subscription	Open the calculation and confirmation for another paid plan. Opening the dialog changes nothing.

A notice explains that a different preferred period takes effect at the next renewal. When no plans are available, you cannot select a plan.

Changing a subscription

A plan change requires an active licence. For a paid plan, the current billing period, end date and usage period remain unchanged. The new document allowance takes existing usage into account; changing plans does not start a new usage period. From Flex, the paid monthly or annual licence starts today. You cannot return to Flex during an active paid subscription.

The confirmation dialog shows the financial consequences:

Field or setting	Meaning
Subscription price difference	The difference between the plans’ fixed costs. This also includes price differences for already purchased future licences.
Additional document costs	Any additional costs when existing usage exceeds the smaller allowance. Previously charged documents are not refunded.
Administration costs	Possible downgrade charges. Within the first fourteen days of a monthly period, these are 5% of the price difference; within the first six months of an annual period, 10%. After automatic renewal, there is initially a waiver of three days for a monthly period or one month for an annual period.
Total additional charge or Total refund	The calculation total, excluding VAT. Document and administration costs can mean a downgrade still requires an additional payment.
Upgrade or Downgrade	Confirms and applies the change immediately.
Cancel	Closes the calculation without changing your plan.

Important: confirmation replaces your active plan and also changes already purchased future licences. Their dates and periods remain unchanged. Check the total and document allowance before confirming. A purchase from Flex cannot be undone; returning to Flex is possible only after the subscription expires.

Active licences and usage

The fields in this card are read-only.

Field or setting	Meaning
License	The plan applying to the administration today.
Expiration date	The last day of the displayed licence period. Flex has no end date and does not show this field. No end date means that no end date is set.
Document usage	Recorded document usage compared with the paid plan’s allowance. Displayed when usage and allowance are available.
Costs above the limit	Calculated additional document costs when the allowance has been reached.
Document costs	The chargeable document usage costs for Flex.

A notice appears if there is no active licence. Purchase License brings you to the plan cards on the same page. Changing plans requires an active licence; contact your provider to reactivate an administration without an active licence.

Already purchased licences

This section appears when a licence has a future start date. All fields are read-only.

Field or setting	Meaning
License	The plan purchased for the future period.
Start date	The first day on which this licence applies.
Expiration date	The final day of the period, or No end date if there is no end date.

Renewal

The Renewal card appears for a licence with an end date, except Flex. The last purchased period determines the dates shown, including future licences. A notice shows the expiry when automatic renewal is disabled.

Field or setting	Meaning
Available to buy from	For manual renewal: seven days before a monthly licence ends, or one month before an annual licence ends.
Expected renewal date	For automatic renewal: seven days before the last expiration date. A trial licence is not automatically renewed.
Manual	No expected automatic renewal date is available.

Action	Effect
Extend license	Immediately purchases the next period of your current plan using your saved preferred period. Available once manual renewal is possible and automatic renewal is disabled. The new period starts the day after the last purchased period.
Enable auto-renewal	Immediately saves the setting using your saved monthly or annual preference.
Disable automatic renewal	Immediately stops future automatic renewal. Already purchased periods remain in place.

Important: Extend license confirms a paid purchase without an additional confirmation dialog. Automatic renewal authorises purchases and charges for subsequent periods. Check your plan, preferred period and already purchased licences beforehand; disabling renewal does not cancel those licences.

Converting a legacy subscription

For Start, Standard or Unlimited, the page first shows a legacy subscription notice. With self-service, choose Convert to Starter, Convert to Grow or Convert to Pro. The normal plan cards and renewal settings appear after conversion.

This action runs immediately. It retains the current period and end date, converts future legacy licences and carries existing document usage forward. The conversion itself adds no subscription charge or monetary credit. The current plan’s document allowance and usage rules then apply. Without self-service, your provider arranges the conversion.
