View and manage payment methods

This list contains the payment methods you can select when recording a payment, such as bank transfer, cash or card. You need access to the administration and an active Billnado licence.

Information and search

Column	Meaning
Name	The recognisable name shown in payment method selections.
Description	Additional guidance about how the payment method is used. Long text is shortened in the overview.

The search bar searches the name and description. You can sort by either column. Total shows how many payment methods match the current search.

Actions

Action	Result
Details	Opens the payment method to view or change its information and cashbook setting.
To delete	Requests double confirmation and permanently deletes the payment method.
Create method	Starts the creation of a new payment method.

Important: deletion is irreversible. Check that the method is no longer needed to record payments first.

When no payment method matches the search, Billnado shows an empty list. Clear the search text to see all methods again.
