Search and sort combined articles and manage active, archived, and deleted combinations.

The list contains combinations of products and services that you can use as one article on commercial documents. You can search, sort, open, and manage them. You need access to the active administration and an active Billnado licence.
Information in the list
| Column | Meaning |

| Sku | The internal article code used to recognise and find the combination quickly. |
| Name | The name used in article selections and on documents. |
| Category | The article category to which the combination belongs. |
| Active | Appears when archived combined articles are included and indicates whether a combination is still active. |
The search box searches the name and SKU. You can sort by Sku, Name, or Category. Quantity shows how many combined articles match the current search and filter.
Showing archived combined articles
Enable Archived articles to show archived combinations alongside active ones. Without this filter, the list only contains active combined articles. Billnado remembers your search, sorting, and this filter during the current browser session.
Actions for a combined article
| Action | Availability and effect |
|---|---|
| Edit | Opens the record to view or change its information, document settings, and included articles. |
| Archive | Available for an active combination. Makes it inactive and removes it from the default list without deleting its information. |
| Delete | Only visible in the list for an archived combination. Permanently deletes the combined article after a double confirmation. |
Caution: deletion cannot be undone. Use Archive when you want to retain the composition or history.
Use Add to start a new combined article.
Empty list
When no combined article matches the search and filter, Billnado shows an empty list. Clear the search text or enable or disable Archived articles.
Frequently asked questions
Why does a combined article disappear after I archive it?
Archived combined articles are hidden by default. Enable Archived articles to show them again. Open Edit and select Unarchive to make the combination active again.
Can I delete an active combined article from the list?
No. Delete only appears in the list for an archived combined article. Archive it first if you want to delete it permanently.
