Switch accountant profile

Working in the correct context

Switching changes the active working context; it does not merge or move business data. Wait until loading is complete and verify the displayed account or profile before opening another page. Tabs that were already open may still show information from the previous context and should be refreshed.

The current option cannot be selected again, and unavailable options are not shown. If switching does not finish, do not repeatedly click the action. Refresh once, check which context is active and retry only when the previous request clearly failed. When an expected option is absent, verify your access rights or ask an administrator to check the assignment.

This progress page appears after choosing another profile; no input is required. Billnado makes it active and reloads permissions. On success, the accountant portal opens and client files belong to the selected profile.

No client data is changed or moved. If access cannot be confirmed, the unauthorised page opens. Return to the profile list and choose an accessible profile or have permissions checked.

During loading

The route carries the selected internal profile ID. Billnado stores it as active and reloads the full user context. The animation is progress only and needs no confirmation. Avoid closing or refreshing. On success the portal opens; profile name and client list confirm completion.

Failure

The profile may no longer exist, access may be withdrawn or context loading may fail. Billnado then opens unauthorised and does not perform actions for that profile.
