View goods receipts

The list brings together goods receipts from suppliers. It lets you track which receipts are still being prepared and which have already been processed. You need access to the administration and an active Billnado licence.

Data and search

Column	Meaning
Number	Identifies the receipt once it has been processed.
Supplier	The supplier from whom you receive the goods.
Date	The date on which the receipt was recorded.
Status	Shows whether the receipt is a draft or has already been processed.

Search the receipt details and sort by number, supplier or date. Total shows how many receipts match your selection.

Status and filters

Status	Meaning
Draft	The receipt is being prepared and has not yet created stock.
Received	The receipt has been processed. Linked product lines have created stock and the content can no longer be edited.

Use Draft and Received to choose the groups shown. If the list is empty, check the search text and these filters.

Actions

Action	Effect
View	Opens the receipt page with products, attachments and follow-up actions.
Add receipt	Starts preparing a new goods receipt.

A receipt may also originate from a purchase order or purchase invoice. In that case, check on the detail page whether the copied quantities match the goods received.
